Kiwi Hotel

A convenient location for accessing the ferry piers and some of the malls. A good clean place with a good quick breakfast. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful

The location was wonderful the hotel was clean and so very friendly the staff . The problem i had was that kiwi was closed and should be showing that on booking.com . But they book to me with what they called their sister hotel . It did not have the same value and they had had damage to the rooftop because of the storm and did not have breakfast available which that was part of my agreement with kiwi . Upon pre arrival comma i had sent a message to kiwi informing them of a gas that would need to check in sooner than their arival of my flight . Evidently they did not forward that information to the hotel and denied access to the young man . They demanded 1,000 pesos from him which he did not have they wouldn't let him wait in the lobby . They wouldn't let him allow him to charge his phone. The setting is he waited on me for 15 hours .

Everything was perfect! Good wifi, accomodating staff, comfy bed. Solved all my issues with payments in a process of booking.

I was so tired when I arrived and rather fed up but the team were so kind and gave me a free upgrade to a nice big room to relax in! For the price, the hotel does the job. It's a little on the older side agreed BUT its comfortable, clean and the perfect night stop if you are travelling around!

Location is very accessible ..
